Contribuir a hacer más eficiente la producción de la industria nacional, proporcionando oportunamente a nuestros clientes:

• Soluciones tecnológicas en nuestra especialidad
• Maquinarias, equipos y accesorios de calidad
• Servicios especializados de ingeniería
• Capacitación e información técnica y asesoramiento acorde a sus necesidades
• Elevar el nivel de conocimiento y tecnificar a nuestro equipo de trabajo como el principal capital que tenemos.

3. ¿Cuál es la visión de su empresa?

Establecernos como  una empresa especializada líder en ingeniería de refrigeración, automatización y vapor, reconocida en Bolivia y Latinoamérica, por nuestra capacidad de trabajo eficiente y la calidad de las marcas que representamos y comercializamos, satisfaciendo los requerimientos de nuestros clientes a nivel nacional e internacional

6. ¿Cuál ha sido su momento más difícil y cómo lo sobrellevaron?

La quiebra técnica de la empresa el año 2011. Cerramos el círculo del endeudamiento con planes de pago, sin bancos. Hoy trabajamos con capital propio.

7. ¿Qué logros significantes ha alcanzado la empresa desde su creación?

• Empresa con mayor volumen de ventas de equipos y maquinarias en Sud América (Menos Brasil) ALFA LAVAL
• Reconocimiento a la Calidad Empresarial otorgado por el Lain Amercian Quality Institute de Panamá
• Premio BIZZ 2015

8. ¿Qué proyectos ha planificado su empresa? 

• Distribución de Danfoss para Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay y Perú hasta el 2017
• Distribución de Sealco para Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay y Perú hasta el 2017
• Creación del Instituto Tecnológico de automatización y mecánica Industrial para el 2018

9. ¿Qué sintió al recibir el premio The BIZZ?

Un reconocimiento a muchos años de esfuerzo por enseñar un trabajo con excelencia y altos estándares de calidad en la atención de un sector que demanda calidad, pero que no reconoce ni paga el precio de lo que se les ofrece. Es un trabajo que hacemos por principios y convicción más que un negocio que reditúe grandes ganancias, lo hacemos para que las personas que pasan por la escuela MIC o que trabajan con MIC comprendan que si se puede trabajar de una manera diferente y que se pueden ir generando cambios positivos como agentes de influencia y con modelos de excelencia.

10. ¿Qué mensaje les gustaría mandar a la red WORLDCOB de empresarios?

La calidad y la excelencia no tienen que ser simplemente  un slogan  ni un objetivo  corporativo, deben ser parte integral del ser humano que lidera toda empresa, y junto con la eficiencia, la transparencia y la integridad, deben  convertirse en  baluartes multiplicadores en las generaciones actuales y venideras, con ejemplos del día a día.

Los negocios no deben ser el principal propósito de una persona, deben ser el producto de la realización plena de una vocación encontrada, solo así no hay limitaciones ni imposibles para alcanzar los sueños de hacer un mundo mejor.

Los grandes soñadores son aquellos que no lograron en el primer intento plasmar sus sueños en realidad, son aquellos que perseveraron aun pese a las circunstancias adversas y hoy, son conocidos y reconocido como grandes hombres y mujeres emprendedores que han dejado legados que muchos siguen como modelos a imitar y a mejorar.

• Technical information and training and advice according to their needs
• Raise the level of knowledge and technical skills of our working team as the main capital we have.
• Optimize the use of our resources through a correct administration for maximizing the profitability and improving the infrastructure conditions and team salaries

3. What is the vision of your company?

To establish ourselves as a leading company specialized in engineering of cooling, automation and vapor, recognized in Bolivia and Latin America because of our capacity of efficient work and quality of brands we represent and commercialize according to the requirements of our clients nationwide and worldwide.

6. What was your most difficult time and how did you deal with it?

The technical bankruptcy of the company in 2011. We closed the indebtedness circle with payment arrangement plans, without banks. Today, we work with own capital.

7. What major achievements has the company reached since its inception?

• Company with higher volume of sales of equipment and machinery in South America (except Brazil) ALFA LAVAL
• Recognition of Business Quality granted by the Latin American Quality Institute of Panama

9. What did you feel when receiving The BIZZ award?

Recognition of many years of effort for an excellent work with high quality standards aimed at a sector that requires quality but that which does not recognize or pay the price of what is offered. It is a work we make based on principles and conviction more than a business that produces big profits; we do it so that people studying at the MIC school or working with MIC understand that it is possible to work in a different way and generate positive changes as agents of influence and with models of excellence.

10. What message would you give the entrepreneurship network of WORLDCOB?

Quality and excellence do not have to be simply a slogan or a corporate objective, they must be an integral part of the human being that leads the company as a whole; and along with the efficiency, transparency and integrity they must become bastions in the current and coming generations with daily examples.

Businesses must not be the main purpose of a person; they must be the result of the full realization of a vocation, only in this way there are neither limitations nor nothing impossible to achieve the dreams to make a better world. The big dreamers are not those who make their dreams come true at the first attempt, but those who persevered even despite the adverse circumstances and, nowadays they are known and recognized as important enterprising men and women who have left legacies followed by many people as models to be imitated and improved.
